Only guests with an outward bound ticket leaving the island of Hawaii are allowed to stay as this is a traveler’s hostel. Valid photo ID must be uploaded with booking. After booking, you will be emailed a strong>confirmation with a unique pin code to access the hostel and your room.
Screenshot your codes or write it down somewhere safe where you won’t lose it. Your code will
expire upon your check out time. If you wish to extend your reservation, you will need to make a
new booking on the website. Do not allow others to “tailgate” into the hostel as each guest has
their own unique pin for security.

Self Check in time is anytime between 3-9pm and Check out is 11am. Dorm rooms are self-selecting which bed to sleep on. Clean bedding is provided to make your bed and dorm room guests are asked to please strip their bedding and drop it in the laundry bin upon check out. Do not remove the underlying mattress protector. Guests must be at least 18 years old. Only age exception is that one adult is allowed to book the semi-private room with one child accompanying them and the adult must supervise the child while on the premises. No outside guests are allowed in the hostel. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be mindful of other guests when you come in at night. No smoking/vaping inside the hostel including the lounge/lanai or lighting of any flames, such as candles or incense for safety. Per Hawaii law, smokers must exit the building and go 20 feet from the building to smoke/vape. Guests must clean up after themselves in the communal kitchen. This means clean and put away dishes after use, put trash in the trash can, do not leave food or dirty dishes out. Label all food before putting in the fridge (tape and marker provided) Fridge will be emptied weekly/as needed so any food not labeled risks being thrown away. There are security cameras in the common areas for safety and to monitor for damages if a guest causes them.

Guests agree to pay for any damages they cause to the premises and agree to conduct themselves in a reasonable and respectful manner while staying at the hostel. Lockers are provided inside the dorm rooms but guests must provide their own lock. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Cancellation: refunds will be given if a guest cancels at least 48
hours prior to their reservation. The only exception is if a guest has a positive covid test or has flu like symptoms, then a refund will be given no matter what. We do not have a state approved quarantine room option so guests with a positive covid test will need to book elsewhere to
complete the state mandated quarantine. Please notify the hostel management immediately in case of any emergencies at the hostel or if you notice any damage/something not working by calling or texting: 808-495-4880. We hope you enjoy your stay!
